Without conscious awareness, we deplete our life force energy by leaving a bit of us through staying in places we no longer grow in, on people we can’t let go, on dreams we didn’t set for ourselves, and on grief we can’t process. Over time, this depletion is our detachment from self, and from life. Here is where I come in, I work with you to pick up those pieces and ‘Re-Member’ yourself. To be whole again is your greatest gift to yourself!
