When we give to life, we
receive from life.
TEACHING
A space of learning, loving,
and reconnecting.
Without awareness, we deplete our life force energy by leaving a bit of us through staying in places we no longer grow in, on people we can't let go, on dreams we didn't set for ourselves, and on grief we can't process. Over time, this depletion is our detachment from self, and from life. Learning to be aware of who we really are almost inevitably takes us on a journey where we again collect those lost pieces and re-member the self.
To be whole again is the greatest gift to self.

My philosophy of life is through the lens of non-dual existence, where everything is interconnected. Recognition of self and all other objects as integral parts of the complete whole- Pure Consciousness.
